Saint Capital is a situation-specific investment & holding company.   We focus on making controlling investments, one investment at a time, in companies with significant, often unrealized, value or potential for growth

Our Approach

We employ a three-step investment approach.  First, we identify businesses
within our industry focus where a substantial gap exists between current
and potential value.  Then, based on intensive research, we develop highly
detailed plans to unlock that value gap.  Finally, we work with our financial
partners to make a controlling investment in that business.

Once a controlling investment is made, we work closely with management
to refine and implement growth and business plans to unlock the identified
value gap or growth opportunity.  


Our Focus

Saint Capital focuses on industries and situation where our team has
strong expertise and success, and where a 10X return on investment is
attainable in 4-6 years.  Our team's successreflects this commitment.

We focus on situations where value can be unlocked through a turnaround,
market re-positioning, strategy shift or industry consolidation.  We structure
our investments so all constituencies:  Employees, management,
shareholders, suppliers and community, can share in the value created.

Saint Capital does not  manage funds for investors.  Rather, we raise
capital only in the context of a particular situation,  which allows us to
pursue only those situations that meet our high ROI and IRR standards
